Hello

Thanks for stopping by,
let me quickly introduce myself.

My insatiable curiosity for unearthing what drives us as humans, and what technology human’s drive, has lead me to spend the last 20 years at the intersection of brand storytelling and corporate innovation.

I am a problem solver, a brand strategist, and a communicator who creates experiences that connect organizations with the people they serve.

I have worked in a leadership capacity to drive all stages of business growth, from advising startups on naming, branding, and securing PR, to developing strategies for established organizations to redefine themselves in the face of cultural, technological, and competitive progress.

My experience has been built on the shoulders of talented interdisciplinary teams at top-tired creative, research, and brand strategy agencies, as well as intimate relationships with the technologists, product developers, and scientists who keep me pointed towards what is coming next.

My clients include category creating start-ups such as Synthesis Health, Verto, and 1QBit, as well as Fortune 500 companies such as Nordstrom, Volkswagen, and McDonald's and government bodies such as Destination Canada and BC Hydro. My passion projects include championing community engagement and advocacy programs for impact organizations such as Acumen, Gasland and Vancouver Opera. Most recently, I founded The Giving Generation, a nonprofit that facilitates experiential learning programs in schools, teaching students about conscious charitable giving and empowering them with the tools to make an impact with their time, talent, and treasure from an early age.

As a graduate of Singularity University’s Executive Program, I am enamored with technological progress and innovation. Upon returning from SU, I founded, designed, and scaled DDB Canada's equity-based brand accelerator program, DDB Ignite, to put the expertise of great storytellers behind the ideas of disruptive startups.

I pass forward the mentorship I have received by guest lecturing at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, UBC, and University of Victoria and by being an active advisor to purpose driven startups and their founders.
All this as a conversation starter to say...
I never turn down an opportunity to talk about tomorrow's technology, captivating challenges, or inspiring stories with interesting people.

Please reach out if you have an idea that would be fascinating to explore together.
